dB / dB:

 (1) Abbreviation for decibel; (2) The loss of a signal in a conductor expressed in decibels, denoting the ratio of the power input to output; (3) One tenth of a bel. / (1) デシベルの略語。 (2) 導体における信号の損失をデシベルで表し、電力入力と出力の比率を示します。 (3) 1 ベルの 10 分の 1。

Delay Line / ディレイライン:

 A cable made to provide a very low velocity of propagation with a long electrical delay for transmitted signals. / 伝送信号の電気的遅延が長く、伝播速度が非常に遅いケーブル。

Derating Factor / ディレーティング係数:

 A factor used to reduce a current-carrying capacity of a wire when used in environments other than that for which the value was established. / 値が設定された環境以外で使用される場合に、電線の電流容量を減少させるために使用される係数。

Dielectric / 誘電:

Dielectric Strength / 絶縁耐力:

The voltage which an insulating material can withstand before breakdown occurs, usually expressed as a voltage gradient (such as volts per mil). / 絶縁材料が破壊が発生する前に耐えることができる電圧。通常は電圧勾配 (ボルト/ミルなど) として表されます。

Durometer / デュロメータ:

 A measurement used to denote the hardness of a substance, usually an elastomer. / 電位を利用して金属皮膜を形成するメッキ手法。導電性を持ち表面を保護したり外観を良くする効果がある。
