As we embark on a new year, we warmly welcome our newly appointed LEMO Group CEO, Farhad Kashani, who has recently relocated to LEMO’s HQ in Switzerland. 

With his background in mechanical engineering and business management, he brings over 30 years' experience in the high-tech industry in Canada and the United States, including 8 years at the helm of LEMO Americas.

Farhad is committed to preserving the strong values of our Swiss family business and to consolidating the solid foundations that LEMO’s owner and previous CEO, Alexandre Pesci, has laid. He will continue to focus on LEMO’s core strengths and values, while seizing new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Farhad believes that we must empower and put the customer at the centre of our focus, because without them, we simply wouldn't be here!
