Your extreme solution

LEMO’s Extreme Requirements connector series provides highly specialised solutions targeted at extreme environment use. LEMO’s focus on the highest levels of quality and durability, combined with its very wide-ranging expertise and technical know-how, has resulted in engineered interconnect solutions designed to tackle all the most extreme potential hazards, each, in turn, representing a huge technological challenge. This includes additional stresses related to extreme conditions in terms of temperature and the elements, atmospheric pressure, vacuum, radiation, corrosion, shock and vibration.

Unparalleled modularity and flexibility

Most of LEMO’s connectors are based around LEMO’s renowned proprietary Push-Pull self-latching system, with its compact design, ease of use and excellent ergonomics. Based on the specificities of the target environment, interconnect solutions include shell plating, air/gas-resistant hermetic sealing and Ingress Protection (IP) ratings up to IP68.
This is without counting on the unparalleled modularity and flexibility of the LEMO range which offers different specifications in terms of size and weight.

Designed for the most regulated markets

Thanks to its superior quality and ruggedness, the LEMO Group’s Extreme Requirements range is extensively recognised as the ‘go-to’ solution in numerous market segments across industrial, telecom, datacom, medical, energy, transportation, instrumentation and consumer applications. Most products come certification-ready so that they can operate in heavily regulated environments. Our customer support can provide custom design, engineering, and production solutions for any specific environment, based on LEMO’s extensive expertise and high-quality research data.
